Asset forfeiture is a complex, time consuming, resource-intensive process. The following topics will be addressed: * Article Forfeiture Procedure Act * Drug Asset Forfeiture Procedure Act * Cannabis Control Act * Illinois Controlled Substance Act * Money laundering and forfeiture * Personal property-vehicles-real estate property seizures/forfeitures * Property disposal and distribution process * Forfeit currency procedures This class will be taught by: Dant Foulk, Will County State's Attorney.
