This one day, 8 hour course has been designed by North East Multi-Regional Training, Inc., will provide officers with the most recent information on the lifestyles, inner workings, criminal trends, and inter-gang rivalries of the four largest motorcycle gangs. While officers will become acquainted in this class with motorcycle gang activities in other regions of the country, special attention will be devoted to those gangs whose members are becoming more active in Illinois. Topics to be addressed include the following: • Gang identification, hangouts, and affiliations • Profiles, history, organization, and networks • Recent incursions into drug manufacturing and trafficking • Prostitution, insurance fraud, homicide, extortion, assaults for hire • Road stop weapons and safety considerations • The role of “biker women” in criminal activities • Intelligence, enforcement, and investigative recommendations • Understanding traditional organized crime and white supremacy ties
