The Members of the Advisory Board of Directors have, by resolution, created a Personnel Committee. This standing committee is directly responsible to the Advisory Board of Directors

I.    Purpose: The reviewing of all significant personnel actions, providing advice to the Director on issues of filling staff vacancies,          terminations, discipline, the administration of pay and fringe benefits and the professional development of staff personnel.

II.    Appointments: In accordance with the NEMRT By-laws, the President shall make appointments to this committee as needed.

III.    Duties: The duties of the Personnel Committee shall include, but need not be limited to the following:

        A.     Reviewing and recommending to the full Advisory Board of Directors the approval of all proposed changes to the corporate   Personnel  Code
        B.    Reviewing and recommending to the full Advisory Board of Directors the approval of all proposed changes to the corporate Staff Compensation Plan
        C.    Monitor corporate compliance with the EEOC Act, Family Medical Leave Act, and with the ADA
        D.    Reviewing and recommending to the full Advisory Board of Directors the approval of revisions to the staff's written job descriptions
        E.    Review staff Performance Evaluation Reports as necessary
        F.    Hear appeals of grievances brought by employees under the provisions of the appropriate procedure on grievances
        G.    Completing any additional projects as may be assigned by the Advisory Board of Directors
