This two-day (16 hour) program has been designed by Chief Edward J. Delmore to provide students with the ability to instruct other Illinois police officers with high risk vehicle stop tactics. This course is designed to develop high risk vehicle stop instructors/trainers who in-turn can train other Illinois police officers as mandated. Prior experience in law enforcement training is preferred but not required for attendees. Attendees should bring duty belts for the practical exercises although NO LETHAL OR NON-WEAPONS WILL BE USED OR ALLOWED IN THE PRACTICAL EXERCISE AREA
