This 40-hour Crime Scene Investigator course is designed to provide students with the fundamental knowledge and skills necessary to properly process physical evidence located at crime scenes.  Course participants will learn through lecture and extensive hands-on lab exercises.  The course curriculum is built from the principles and standards set forth by the International Association for Identification (IAI).  This is an introductory course to crime scene processing and should be the first course that a new forensic investigator attends and considered a prerequisite for additional forensic training courses.
