- Physicians, psychiatrists, dentists and hygienists, osteopaths
- Medical examiners, pathologists, coroners
- Registered and licensed practical nurses, emergency medical technicians
- Hospital administrators and other personnel involved in the examination, care, or treatment of patients
- Chiropractors and Christian Science practitioners
- Teachers, school personnel, truant officers, educational advocates assigned to children
- Directors and staff of day care centers and nursery schools
- Child care workers
- DCFS field personnel, Public Health, Public Aid staff
