B. Termination of Parental Rights : 
      
     It may be appropriate to terminate parental rights for the following reasons:
        
- When reasonable efforts are inappropriate or are unsuccessful and there are aggravating circumstances.
 - The child or another child of that child's parent was abandoned, tortured, and/or abused.
 - The parents were criminally convicted of first-degree murder or second-degree murder of any child.
 - Attempt or conspiracy to commit murder or second-degree murder of any child.
 - Solicitation to commit murder of a child.
 - Aggravated criminal sexual assault.
 - When parental rights of a parent with respect to another child have been terminated.
 - In those extreme cases in which the parent's incapacity to care for the child, combined with extremely poor prognosis for treatment or rehabilitation, justifies expedition in the termination of parental rights.
