K. Confiscation and Disposition of Weapons (705 ILCS 405/5-155):

Any weapon in the possession of a minor who has been found delinquent for an offense involving the use of a weapon or for being in possession of a weapon during the commission of an offense will be confiscated and disposed of by the court. The weapon will be confiscated even if it is the property of his or her parent or guardian. Disposition of the weapon will be in accordance with Section 24-6 of the Criminal Code.

L. Liability for Injury, Loss, or Tortious Acts (705 ILCS 405/5-160):

Neither the State or any unit of local government, probation department, or public or community service program or site, nor any official, volunteer, or employee of the stated entities acting in the course of his or her official duties will be liable for any injury or loss a person might receive while performing public or community service ordered by the court or a duly authorized station adjustment, probation adjustment, teen court, community mediation, or other diversion program authorized by this Act.
