J. Admissibility of Evidence and Adjudications in Other Proceedings (705 ILCS 405/5-150):

Evidence and adjudications in proceedings under this Act will be admissible in the following circumstances:

  1. In subsequent juvenile proceedings concerning the same minor;

  2. In criminal proceedings in which the court is determining the amount of bail, fitness of the defendant, or sentencing under the Unified Code of Corrections;

  3. In juvenile proceedings in which anyone adjudicated a delinquent is to be a witness, including the minor or defendant if he or she testifies, and then only for purposes of impeachment and pursuant to the rules of evidence for criminal trials; or

  4. In civil proceedings concerning charges arising out of the incident.
